ORDERS
1. CAN I AMEND OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE PLACED IT?

We're really quick at packing your order up which means we can't make any changes once you've placed it. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or payment method.

However, you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one instead. There are varying time limits in which you can cancel your order depending on what delivery option you’ve chosen:

We delivery generally next day so you have limited time to cancel it.

To cancel your order, just follow these steps:

Step 1

Log into ‘My Account’ and view your recent orders.

Step 2

Click on 'My Orders' menu then select your order and click 'Details' then if the order is still at 'Payment Accepted' status you can send a message asking to cancel the order. Please indicate the number.


2. WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY ITEM IN MY ORDER?

We want to sort out any issues with faulty items straightaway.

Log into ‘My Account’

Step 2

Click on 'My Orders' then on the bottom of the page in the 'Add Message' section select the gift card from the menu and specify in the message text you want to be refunded.


3. I HAVE AN INCORRECT ITEM IN MY ORDER, WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO?

We want to sort out any issues with faulty items straightaway.

Step 2

Click on 'My Orders' then select from the list of the products you want to return, please indicate in the 'Merchandise Return' the reason of the request and then submit. You will receive an email with the Return number and later the instruction to send back the item.

4. HOW CAN I PAY MY ORDER?

You can use any of the payment types listed below to pay for your order. We take your security very seriously, therefore your details are safe with us:

  • PayPal
  • Credit Cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express
  • Amazon Pay
  • Apple Pay
  • Discover
  • JCB
  • Diners Club

We also take fraud very seriously too, so all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by both us and the card issuer.

Your credit card data will be stored in your personal vault for your next payment. The credit card details will be stored in the merchant bank in a secure way outside our server.

If you don’t want to save your payment details to your account, then you can also enter them when you get to checkout. If there is no payment details saved to your account, then you’ll be asked to enter them when you click ‘Place Order’.


1. HOW CAN I PURCHASE A FASHIOMA GIFT CARD?

It is pretty easy and simple. We offer an electronic gift card to buy. You can send the gift voucher to your own email address so you can print it out when you receive it or to send directly to the receiver email with a message during the purchase process. The receiver will receive the e-card with the number, the total amount as well as your message. 

The receiver can always check the Gift Card usage by registering to Fashioma website and check in 'My Account' area in My Vouchers' section to check all the orders that has been paid with the Gift Card.

For security purpose, every time you use the Gift Card a new one will be generating with a new code with the remaining funds while the original code will be disabled. You will promptly receive an email with the indication of the new gift card number or you can always check in "My  Account" area under "My Voucher" section.


2. DO I HAVE TO CREATE A FASHIOMA ACCOUNT TO BUY FROM YOU?

Yes, it is necessary to provide you all the information needed for your order.
